This policy applies to SocialFuel's own website and business operations. When we process information on behalf of a law firm client - for example, through a client's live chat, call intake, analytics, or marketing systems - the law firm may be the business or controller responsible for that information, and the law firm's privacy policy may also apply.live chat, and related marketing services for law firms. Please do not send confidential case files, medical records, Social Security numbers, passwords, or other highly sensitive information through a general SocialFuel form or ordinary email. If sensitive access or information is necessary for a service, we may provide a more appropriate method.
Name, law firm name, email address, phone number, website, office locations, practice areas, target markets, and other information you provide through checkout, onboarding, contact forms, or support.
Information needed to perform purchased services, such as website/CMS access, Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, Search Console, social profiles, advertising accounts, reporting platforms, directory accounts, and similar business tools. We prefer role-based invitations or authorized account access rather than passwords sent through unsecured channels.
Purchase amount, service selected, billing status, and related transaction records. Payment card information is handled by third-party payment processors; SocialFuel does not need to receive full card numbers to fulfill your order.
IP address, browser and device information, approximate location, pages viewed, referring pages, timestamps, interactions, and similar technical data collected through server logs, cookies, analytics tools, pixels, and related technologies.
Emails, support requests, form submissions, chat transcripts, call details, intake answers, and - where enabled and legally permitted - recordings or transcriptions used to provide call tracking, answering, live chat, support, or quality review.

Service providers. Hosting, payment processing, analytics, email, CRM, website development, data storage, call/chat intake, reporting, security, and other vendors that help us operate SocialFuel or fulfill your order.
Campaign vendors and publishers. Directories, publications, PR distribution services, link-building providers, scholarship or educational outreach partners, review/reputation providers, and similar vendors when that disclosure is part of the service your law firm purchased.
Professional advisers. Attorneys, accountants, insurers, and other advisers when reasonably necessary.

When a law firm uses SocialFuel for call intake, live chat, analytics, CRM routing, or similar services, the law firm may control the prospective-client data collected through those systems. Requests concerning that information may need to be directed to the law firm first. SocialFuel will assist clients with privacy obligations as required by applicable agreements and law.
We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, vendors, technology, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of the policy shows when the current version became effective. Material changes may be highlighted on the website or communicated in another reasonable manner.
